Faculty representing a total of 88 law schools (including a number of law schools overseas) have filed Amicus briefs in the Goodridge case. Apparently, law faculty around the world are in agreement on the proposition that the marriage laws of America should no longer represent the views of the American people (as expressed through the democratically elected branches of government at the state and federal level)
